Join Sarasota’s most treasured chefs and local celebrities, Chef Paul Mattison and Chef Christopher Covelli, as they team up to present the 6th Annual Wild Truffle Wine Dinner. Chef Paul is legendary for his award-winning cuisine and his huge heart. Chef Covelli is legendary for his creative Italian cuisine and huge heart as well. Chefs will discuss hunting the wild truffles, truffle dogs, and the stories surrounding the wildly expensive “mushroom-like aphrodisiacs” treasured by gourmets. The most luxurious and secretive flavors on earth will be found at this dinner, and of course, perfectly paired with superior wines.
